低场强MR强化扫描对骨肿瘤的诊断价值(附93例分析)

　　摘　要：目的对比观察骨肿瘤MR平扫与Gd-DTPA强化后信号变化，进一步了解良性骨肿瘤与恶性肿瘤的不同信号特点。材料与方法我们采用西门子公司生产的MAGMETOM常导MR机对比分析93例骨肿瘤平扫和强化的MRI特点。结果良性骨肿瘤对Gd-DTPA强化速度缓慢，且多为环状或不均匀的强化信号：骨转移瘤和恶性骨肿瘤80％以上的呈现快速对比增强，而且为弥散型或中心型强化。结论骨肿瘤对强化扫描具有较高的灵敏性和特异性，能为临床诊断、治疗提供有价值的影像学信息。

The diagnostic value and clinical study of the enhancement scanning towards bone tumor(report of 93 cases)

　　Abstract：Purpose To examine the change of signals after the scanning of bone tumor by MRI and gd-DTPA, and further understanding about the different signal traits of benign tumors and malignant tumors in order to get some of the necessary information. Materials and methods We adopted the 0.2T MRI,to compare and analyze 93 cases of bone tumor. Results The aggrandizement speed towards Gd-DTPA the benign tumor is slow,and the aggrandizement signals mostly take ammular or uneven shapes. More than 80% of the bone-shift tumors and malignant tumors show a fast contrastive increasing and most of which are diffusive of central aggrandizement scanning is achieved.Conclusion The aggrandized scanning towards bone tumors is sensitive and differential, which can perform valuable information of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
